MediaRich Visualizer will allow you to export any image to the JPEG format. On export you can change the color to greyscale, add a black border and flip the image horizontally. You can pan and zoom two levels deep and save your results to a SharePoint library. Some features included with an upgrade to MediaRich for SharePoint include changing the size of the thumbnails; deeper Zoom and Pan operations; more export options & export formats; image processing operations (crop, sharpen, blur, etc.); processing options (compositing logos, text, etc); and much more. If you want to be able to write custom output scripts, or send your results outside of SharePoint (for web deployment, PowerPoint presentations, high quality printing, deployment to wireless devices, etc.) you will need to upgrade to the full MediaRich for SharePoint.
