Full Fare is an unrestricted ticket. It is fully exchangeable and refundable even after the departure date. For exchanges and refunds, the ticket must be received by REG no later than 60 days after the train’s departure date. Leisure Fares are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Youth Fare (for travelers under 26 years of age) is exchangeable and refundable by 100% if the ticket is received by REG no later than three (3) days prior to the train’s departure date. No refund after this date. Passholder Fare (issued in conjunction with appropriate railpass) is exchangeable and refundable by 100% if the ticket is received by REG no later than three (3) days prior to the train’s departure date. No refund after this date. Senior Fare (for travelers 60 years of age and over) is exchangeable and refundable by 100% if the ticket is received by REG no later than three (3) days prior to the train’s departure date.
