Both Free as well as Pro accounts allow you to publish a publication. However, there are some other limitations with the Free account. With a Free account you can only publish 1 publication with a total disk-space limited to 25MB per account. Also, Free account users cannot use some of the advanced features such as audio, video embedding in publications. With a Pro account you can publish unlimited number of publications with a total disk-space limited to 1GB per account. All features are accessible to Pro account users.
