What are the differences between email-to-fax, fax-to-email and VoIP?
The email-to-fax service is an outgoing service that can transmit any document within your page to a receiving fax number. Fax-to-email is an incoming service that converts documents faxed to your toll-free number to e-mail messages placed in the secure message reception area of your web page. VoIP is a voice calling service that allows you to make and receive voice calls via the Internet rather than over a standard telephone line. To send paper documents via fax you must have either a regular fax machine or a scanner. There is a monthly maintenance fee of $5 for the toll-free number. Please see our pre-paid services for complete information on all fee-based optional services.
