The main differences are the square tubing size, finial size and weight. Our premium fencing is 16 gauge steel, while our classic fencing is 18 gauge. This why there is such a significant weight difference between a panel of the same size. For example, a 5′ classic steel panel weighs 56.5 lbs., while a 5′ premium steel panel weighs 103 lbs. Premium steel fencing is often used as commercial fencing, while classic steel fencing is used in more residential areas.
