Avid Xpress Pro HD has the same capabilities as Avid Xpress Pro plus HD support as well as new features like true real-time multicam, DVCPRO 50 and DVCPRO HD support, 10-bit SD and HD support, the new AVX2 effects architecture and more. Avid Xpress Pro also supports Mac OS X, while Avid Xpress Pro HD is currently Windows XP only. Avid Xpress Pro HD for Mac OS X Tiger is planned for later in 2005.
