The BIOSTAT® Bplus for jacketed vessels includes an advanced closed-loop thermostat system, comprised of an electrical heater and pulsed solenoid valve for cooling, to provide temperature accuracy of ± 0.1°C, within the range of 8°C above cooling water temperature up to 80°C. The BIOSTAT® Bplus for single wall vessels includes a heating blanket and a cooling finger with cooling water control valve.
