What are the diferences between the San Diego Zoo and Wild Life Park?
The San Diego Wild Animal Park is run by the San Diego Zoo, so there is a bit of overlap. The WAP is quite a ways out of town and very very big. For kids that age I deffinately recommend the zoo. It is still a lot of walking but they have a childrens’ zoo that is bigger than many cities’ entire zoo. There are shows in the amphitheaters where they tell you about animals.
