On completion of CMP, customers / buyers are required to pay following charges in addition to actual cost of unit on possession:- DHA member ship fee if individual is not already a member = Rs.40,000/- (Membership can be obtained by the customers immediately after signing TNC or any time till he/she gets possession. Membership is mandatory & required at the time of transfer of apartment in the name of the customers.
