PS2 will NOT have online play or downloadable content. PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii will all have online play at launch. As for downloadable content, that has been confirmed for Xbox 360 and PS3 at launch. Downloadable content for the Nintendo Wii is currently TBA.
