There are existing doors in the sidewalk that provide access to the basements of some of these houses. While replacing the sidewalk the contractor will be responsible to replace these vault doors as well. There are existing windows that face the sidewalk that have a grate around them. While replacing the sidewalk the contractor will be responsible to replace these grates. The replacements shall be of the same size, type, and quality of the existing doors and grates.
