LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Any EXP bar, clamp, or hardware kit determined by Easton Sports, Inc. (ESI) to be defective in materials or workmanship when used by the original owner will be repaired or replaced, at ESI’s option, free of charge when received at the below ESI address freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase and a description of the claimed defect. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the same duration as this express warranty. ESI shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
