What are the details of CMBs proposal for rights issue?
We proposed raising fund through a rights issue on the basis of up to two and a half (2.5) rights shares for every ten (10) existing shares. Thebasis of rights issue was the same for A shares and H shares and the subscription price was the same for A shares and H shares after the adjustment of exchange rate. The proposed fund raising size will be not less than RMB18 billion and not more than RMB22 billion. Please refer to our announcement for further details.
