What are the deposit arrangements?
A deposit is payable (see here) when you confirm your booking. The deposit is theoretically non-returnable if you cancel your holiday any time after making your booking – in practice, if you find that you have to cancel we will try our best to re-let the cottage and would make a you a refund (the amount you will receive varies – see here). We would always advise you to arrange holiday cancellation insurance if you are worried about this particular issue.
