What are the delivery/shipping charges for online orders?
Delivery is FREE for all orders amounting to AED 520 and above. For orders with total weight amounting up to 5.5kg, a delivery charge of AED20 is applicable. For orders with total weight between 5.5kg and 9.5kg, a delivery charge of AED30 is applicable. For orders with total weight between 9.5kg and 21kg, a delivery charge of AED40 is applicable. For orders with total weight between 21kg and 30kg, a delivery charge of AED60 is applicable and for orders with total weight over 30KG, please contact us.
Delivery charge is based on the weight of the product(s) in a single order. You may consolidate multiple products in a single order when shopping. As each order will be processed individually, we do not accept consolidation of multiple orders for shipping, even if they are to be shipped to the same address. At the checkout page, our system will calculate the shipping charge and display it clearly for you. It is very important for you to take note of the shipping charge before proceeding to place the order. For an order with total weight amounting to 0.5kg, a delivery charge of B$14.00 will be applicable. For an order with total weight between 0.51kg and 10.0kg, a delivery charge of B$17.00 will be applicable. An additional B$3.00 will be added to the shipping charge for every 0.5kg increment, i.e. if the total weight of an order is 3.0kg, the shipping charge will be B$29.
