What are the delivery, set-up and takedown schedules?
Essentially, two hours are provided for set-up, and all rental equipment and supplies must be picked up prior to 10:00am on the morning following the event. All vendor deliveries should be scheduled during the two-hour set-up time frame. Since all of our caterers are familiar with The Salem Herbfarm’s layout and facilities, these arrangement details are just another thing you don’t have to worry about.
