i) Utilizing a credit balance and/or a credit line balance automatically causes shipping instructions to be sent to the Seller; ii) Mailing of a check causes the shipping instructions to be delayed for at least the mailing period; personal and/or business checks also cause a delay of about 10 business days for verification of funds; iii) A direct funds transfer causes the shipping instructions to be delayed for at least two business days; and iv) A bank/wire transfer causes the shipping instructions to be delayed for at least two business days.
