What are the definitions of each threat condition?
Threatcon Alpha – a general threat of possible terrorist activity, normally will not affect day to day operation at the base. Threatcon Bravo – an increased and more predictable threat of terrorist activity, will probably affect day to day operation if maintained for many weeks. Threatcon Charlie – applies when an incident occurs or intelligence is received indicating some form of terrorist action, will most likely create hardship and affect the peacetime activities on the base.
