What are the Definitions for the Stories field?
ONE LEVEL – used for single story single family res TWO LEVELS – used for two story family res and two story condo THREE OR MORE LEVELS – used for three or more story single family res and three or more story condo GROUND LEVEL – used when condo in a multistory building is located on ground level MID LEVEL – used when condo in a multistory building is NOT located on ground level or top level SPLIT LEVEL – usually a single family res that has multilevels and levels are half stories TOP LEVEL – used when condo in a multistory building is located on top level 12/27/2004
