What are the definitions for High and Low Reasonability Limits?

High and Low Reasonability Limits are used to verify the inputs made by a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) on an individual resource to ensure that the QSE operator enters a reasonable number. These limits will be provided to ERCOT on the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) for each unit and will be used every time the QSE operator changes the High Sustained Limit (HSL) or Low Sustained Limit (LSL) of the corresponding Current Operating Plan (COP) to make sure the entries make sense for the unit. For Example, a 750 MW generator may have a High Reasonability Limit (HRL) of 800 MW, and a 275 MW unit may have a HRL of 290 MW. ERCOT would reject any entry made by the operator where HSL is greater than the HRL. The same applies for LSL lower than the LRL.
