What are the deductibles and coinsurance amounts for dental coverage?
There is no deductible or coinsurance for check-ups and cleanings if you are at a Delta Dental provider. You must wait six months between check-ups and cleanings to receive the benefit. Most other services are covered at 85% with a $10.00 deductible (again, at a participating provider). Orthodontia is covered at 50% with a lifetime maximum of $1,000.00.
