There is no deductible or coinsurance for check-ups and cleanings if you are at a Delta Dental provider. You must wait six months between check-ups and cleanings to receive the benefit. Most other services are covered at 85% with a $10.00 deductible (again, at a participating provider). Orthodontia is covered at 50% with a lifetime maximum of $1,000.00. The maximum benefit payable by Delta in any plan year is $1,000.00. For a detailed summary, please call the Benefits Office at 651/767-8212.
