What are the deadlines?
You must file a claim within two years of the date you should have been paid to recover or within three years for willful violations. Every day you wait could be a reduction of your claim by one day’s damages. ACT QUICKLY. Contact us immediately if you think you may have a claim so we can help you determine whether you do or not.
Registration and payment must be received within 30 days from the date of the seminar, course, etc. Enrollment is ongoing for all courses (except ED/B 9279, ED/B 9280, ED/B 9281, and ED/B 9282). That is, you may begin the course at any time. However, you must complete the course within the designated time period stated below.
