What are the deadlines to arrange hotel accommodations?
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations during the registration process or directly with Impact 2009 Registration / Housing before April 18, 2009. Room inventory may be limited after this date, however, we will continue to accept new hotel reservations, changes to existing reservations and cancellations, based on availability, through April 20, 2009. Beginning April 23, 2009, you must contact the hotels directly. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a penalty charge of 1 night’s room & tax.
