The deadline for the initial order of supplemental materials from Upstart/Highsmith will be November 19, 2005. Materials ordered from Upstart/Highsmith before this date will be shipped in March 1, 2006. A second deadline is January 1, 2005. Orders received by the second date will be shipped by April 1, 2006. Orders received after January 1, 2006 will be shipped after May 1, 2006. You may reorder extras later as long as supplies last. UPSTART has an excellent Customer Service Staff to assist you in you ordering. You may pay by credit card, check or Purchase Order.
