The deadlines for letters of inquiry and proposals are at 4 p.m. EST of the respective Due Dates. PLEASE NOTE: Do not wait until the due date to submit your information. There is no way of knowing how many applications are in queue in front of yours. The system will shut down at 4 p.m. EST and your application may not have reached us even if you were online hours before. Additionally, please do not anticipate an instantaneous result when using the “Need Support?” link, as these inquiries go directly to our online system’s service provider. Technical assistance may have a 24-hour or longer turn-around time. Do not wait until the last minute to submit your application.
