What are the deadlines for EDGAR filings?

0

Currently, EDGAR filings are accepted Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 06:00 and 17:30 (6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) Eastern Time. Eastern Time is UCT – 5:00 during the winter months, and UCT – 4:00 when Daylight Savings Time is in effect (between the first Sunday in April and the last Sunday in October). EDGAR filings are not accepted on days which are designated by the United States Government as Federal Holidays. Filings submitted to EDGAR outside these hours will be assigned an effective date and time of the beginning of the next filing window. In other words, for example, a document filed at 19:47 on Friday July 1st would receive an effective filing date and time of 06:00 the following Tuesday, July 5th.
