For candidates who are applying to sit the Paper 1a and the DCH Clinical at the same time, please send two separate payments. In 2009 the fee for Paper 1a is £205 and DCH Clinical is £350. For 2010 the fee for Paper 1a is £214 and for DCH Clinical is £365. The fee payable for successful candidates to receive their DCH Diploma is £85.
