What are the days for garbage/ recycling collection? What about holidays?

Garbage is picked up at curbside or alley starting at 7:00A.M. every Monday and Thursday. Recycling is picked up every Monday. The Town’s garbage/recycling collection contractor suspends collection on three holidays per year when they fall on a Monday or Thursday. These holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
