What are the dates for Fall 2009 classes?
Some Comenius Center undergraduate courses are open to both day and evening students. These courses are designated with a Z, Y, or X section code. All Z, Y, and X courses observe the College’s fall recess (Saturday, October 10 noon through Tuesday, October 13), and the College’s Thanksgiving recess (Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, November 29). • Full-unit Z, Y, or X section courses (such as ART 113 Z) will begin during the week of August 31, 2009. The last day of classes will be Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The final exam will be given during finals week. • Half-unit Z, Y, or X section courses (such as EDUC 242.2 Y) have shorter terms which are noted on the course schedule. The final exam will generally be given during the last class meeting.
