What are the data requirements of the ISF?
The program is often referred to as the “10+2”, however, there are 11 data elements required from the Importer. These include the 9 data elements 24 hours prior to lading that may result in a “No Load” status from the CBP: • Importer of Record Number • Consignee Number • Seller (Owner) name/address • Buyer (Owner) name/address • Ship to Party • Manufacturer (Supplier) name/address • Country of Origin • Commodity HTS-6 • Bill of Lading Number The remaining 2 data elements are required no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.
