What are the data protection implications for clubs?
It is the responsibility of individual clubs to determine if there are any implications under their country’s data protection legislation arising from sharing data with DutyMan and decide on what if any action should be taken. A club may wish to state in its membership documentation that it shares information with a third-party for duty management processing. A member who does not want his or her name to appear on the web may set his or her profile to anonymous. See also Data Protection Statement.
