What are the dangers associated with Defective Farm Equipment?
We currently represent a young man who tragically lost his leg when he became entangled in a tractor-mounted post hole auger. We have handled entanglement injury cases before and know from past experience that these type injuries are always serious and sometimes fatal. Although the potential for entanglement in rotating equipment has been discussed in industry literature for decades, manufacturers have failed to incorporate safer designs that would prevent such horrific and life-altering injuries.
