What are the Customs requirements and what do I have to do?
A. In the UK, you will have to complete a Customs Declaration using a CPC100041 form and take it to your local HM Customs and Excise office. Your shipment will be given what is called a ‘Route’. HM Customs will also inspect your shipment upon delivery to British Airways World Cargo. If you are unsure of the process or have any questions, you can log on to the HMC Website www.hmce.gov.uk or call the National Advice Centre on 0845 010 9000. In other countries of origin, please contact your local customs authority.
