We have employees in Germany and we are getting ready to go to the Compensation Committee this Friday. Germany VP has told us the standard is 15% increase for 2010, this seems crazy high. I’m looking for a subject matter expert that can shed some light and perhaps some data on what the increases are like in Germany.
