The staff/student ratios at Quintilian are kept very low to enable sufficient input for each child at an individual level. Our current ceilings are: * Pre-Kindy – (16 chn, 1 f.t. Teacher and 1 f.t Asst) * 4 Year Old Program – (18 chn, 1 f.t. Teacher and 1 f.t. Asst) * Pre-Primary Program – (30 chn, 2 f.t. Teachers and Asst) * Primary Program – (28 chn, 1.6 Teachers and Asst) The maximum number in a class group is 28 and any class over 20 will always have extra staff assigned to assist with the teaching.
