What are the current plans for the IB program in the Troy School District?
The Troy School District is seeking to expand its commitment to the IB concept by creating a total K-12 experience. The Troy School District initially began a study on a middle years IB program as part of the implementation of the 2004 bond issue. Under current plans, the district will expand this commitment by designating Morse Elementary as an elementary IB school, Baker Middle School as a middle school IB school, and the former Baker Middle School as a high school IB program. This new focus will give Troy students even more opportunities through a complete K-12 experience with an IB program.
