Indoor swimming pools are normally 24-26 degrees. But that’s all I know for pools that are used competition because I compete regularly. Maybe hotel pools could be slighter higher than that because 24-26 degrees is seriously cold. I don’t think hotel guests would like to swim in such a cold pool. Hope this helps!
