WPOA Salary Schedule – Effective 7/5/08 Benefits for full time Employees: PERS retirement City paid – 3% @ 50 for sworn personnel PERS retirement City paid – 2.5% @ 55 for civilian personnel 10% special assignment pay (sworn personnel only) Education pay – 5% for A.A. Degree, 10% for B.A./B.S.
