• BFH undertook a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Study, through applying latest technology in virtual reality simulators, to calculate the traffic that will be generated by the development and to assess the impact that traffic will have on the existing traffic situation. To cater for all the vehicles that would be entering and exiting the development during the peak periods, an expansion of the King Faisal Highway has been proposed. 5 free flowing entry lanes and 5 free flowing exit lanes have been proposed from King Faisal Highway.
