An Illinois Driver’s License expires at curfew for those 16 years of age who are licensed drivers. It is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to be at any public place unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible companion who is at least 18 years of age and is approved by a parent or guardian after the following hours. Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 12:01 am and 6:00 am Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.
