The Culinary Vegetable Institute (CVI) is a rustic culinary retreat founded by the Jones family and located in a pristine riverside setting several miles from The Chef’s Garden® farm. The CVI provides a unique environment for team building, learning and inspiration for America’s most innovative chefs. The Lodge at CVI houses an award winning state-of-the-art kitchen facility surrounded by the finest kitchen garden imaginable. Visiting chefs and their teams experience first-hand the Earth-to-Table™ concept by using the bounty of the farm as the foundation for their experimentation and menu development.
