To be re-accredited, the applicant must provide evidence of the following: · currently licensed to practice as a physician in the European country where currently practicing. · currently licensedto practice cardiology in the European country where currently practicing. · be recognised as a cardiology specialist by a European Society of Cardiology – letter of support from the President, Vice-President or Secretary of the National Society of Cardiology where currently practicing.
