What are the criteria that make shelter organizations eligible?
The Pedigree Foundation will only consider proposals from animal shelters and breed rescues that are 501(c)(3) public charities. As a recipient of this grant, we require the following criteria: • The monies must be utilized within a one-year period. • Verification must be provided to the Foundation that the monies were spent for the purpose stated in the grant application. • The grant recipient must publicly acknowledge the Foundation’s support.
