The nominee must: Be a non-Rotarian residing in the community served by the BH-BL Rotary Club. Clearly exemplify the Rotary’s calling of “service above self” and demonstrate a principled commitment to the Rotary Four-Way Test. Be an outstanding individual who has made significant contributions to the community as a whole. What will the ‘Citizen of the Year’ winner receive? The Citizen of the Year will receive a plaque plus $150 donated to the recipients chosen charity. The recipients name will also be inscribed on a permanent plaque located in the Ballston Lake Library.
