Each county is allowed by statute to have one Circuit Court. In addition, most counties have one or more Superior Courts. The Superior Courts are merely extensions of the county Circuit Court. If you order a Judgment or Suit search, we will search the Circuit Court and all Superior Courts. We do not search Small Claims Courts.
