I have done by graduation in Mathematics. Currently doing my MBA in Finance through Correspondence and working as a Market Analyst in a MNC. I want to know about the courses required and to know whether correspondence courses will have any value to pursue. Also like to know about the work experience needed to enter into a fund management company. Please provide all the information and if any biography of successful fund manager. A: My ex husband is a “real” fund manager. He worked for a top NYC investment bank as a bond trader and established a lot of relationships and did extremely well on the job. When he left this high-stress environment, he worked for a while as a portfolio manager with a huge pay cut and then found a company that was willing to let him have the money to start his own fund.
