Answer 7: The costs associated with using the eDecs system should be minimal. You will need Internet connectivity, an e-mail address, the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (version 5.0 or higher), and a ink jet or laser printer. You will not need to buy any special software from us or any third party. Internet accounts can be purchased for a relatively low monthly fee and generally include e-mail access. You can obtain the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser for free from Microsoft (IE Download). You will need an ink jet or laser printer to print out the graphic declaration for U.S. Customs and your files. A dot matrix printer will not have the quality required for printing the form. • Question 8: If I start using the eDecs system, do I always have to use it?
