You can also ask them about their barn rules. All barns have them, some different than others, especially about things like times you can ride. If you lease, and there is nothing wrong with leasing, make sure you GET A CONTRACT! There is nothing worse in any business arangement that one person thinking one thing and the other thinks something else. I would suggest you do a lease with an option to purchase.
