What are the costs of copayments for prescriptions?
The pharmacy benefit program includes retail chains as well as independent pharmacies through the Express Scripts Network. At designated Express Scripts pharmacies, you will pay a $10 copayment for a 30-day supply of a generic drug; a $25 copayment for a 30-day supply of a preferred brand name drug; and a $45 copayment for a 30-day supply of a non-preferred brand name drug.
