The cost varies depending on whether you have received services from a preferred provider (“in-network”) or a non-preferred provider (“out-of-network”). You receive the highest level of benefits and save money by staying “in-network.” Generally, you have full coverage for most hospitals, physicians, and other providers that participate in the BCBS Student Blue Plan Provider PPO network, although for some outpatient services, you may pay a $15 copayment for each visit.
